Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD28. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma E18.

Specificity: Recognises mouse CD28 at the interaction site with B7 and blocks binding to B7. Intact antibody (but not Fab fragments) trigger Treg proliferation in pro-inflammatory settings, and protect from graft-versus-host disease.
