Immunogen: This antibody was raised by immunising C56BL/6 mice with BALB/c-derived R45-45-11, an anti-cyclosporine monoclonal antibody.

Specificity: This anti-idiotypic antibody is recognises R45-45-11, an anti-cyclosporine mAb. It crossreacts with mAb V45-271-10.

Application Notes: In a competition ELISA, this antibody has been shown to inhibit the interaction between R45-45-11, the idiotype, and its antigen, cyclosporine (Zenke et al, 1992).
