Recombinant monoclonal antibody to FlhA. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from phage display 1096.

Immunogen: BALB/c mice were immunised by injection of a high titre of Liberibacter asiaticus obtained from infected Diaphorina citri psyllids. The spleens of immunised mice were removed and homogenised for RNA extraction and cDNA synthesis.
Specificity: Clone 1096 was shown to bind purified FlhA by ELISA (Yuan et al, 2015).
Application Notes: Clone 1096 was tested for Liberibacter asiaticus recognition as a phage-expressing scFv using blotting (Yuan et al, 2015). This format was also tested against specific recognition of the antigen FlhA using ELISA.
