Recombinant monoclonal antibody to IFN-gamma. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from phage display 1F5.

Immunogen: Chicken antibodies were produced by immunising Hy-Line silver brown chickens with recombinant white rhino IFN-gamma. The spleens of immunised chickens were collected and total RNA was reverse transcribed into cDNA.
Specificity: scFv 1F5 reacted with both white rhino (Ceratotherium simum) and Asian elephant (Elephas maximus) IFN-gamma, shown by direct ELISAs.
Application Notes: 1F5 has been used as a capture antibody in ELISAs testing for the presence of IFN-gamma.
