Immunogen: This antibody was raised by immunising mice with KLH-conjugated rat IRS1.

Specificity: This antibody reacts with human and rodent IRS1. It is specific for the carboxy-terminal peptide, specifically the final 14 amino acids.

Application Notes: This antibody has been used in immunoblot analysis of IRS1 expression by mouse embryo fibroblasts (Galic et al, 2005). It has also been used in immunoprecipitation analysis of rat muscle and liver lysates (Wu et al, 2005) and Western blots.
