Recombinant monoclonal antibody to Lipopolysaccharides Ogawa and Inaba. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma 72.1.

Immunogen: V. cholerae LPS was used as the antigen.
Specificity: Binds to both types (Ogawa and Inaba) lipopolysaccharides from V. cholera.
Application Notes: This antibody binds to V. cholerae LPSs which are composed of O-antigen and exist in the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria, eliciting a strong immune response in animals.
