Immunogen: This antibody was raised by injecting purified P25 into mice.

Specificity: Specifically binds to beet necrotic yellow vein virus 25K protein but has some reactivity to sap from plants not infected with BNYVV.

Application Notes: This antibody is specific for the BNYVV 25kDa protein. Its binding spcificity has been confirmed in dot blots and western blots (Fecker et al, 1996)
