ELISA using NH3/15.8 (Ab00856) with different antigens. Binding curves of the mouse IgG1 chimeric version of the Anti-IgG3 antibody NH3/15.8 (Ab00856-1.1) to an ELISA plate coated with Mouse IgG1 Anti-Fluorescein [4-4-20 (enhanced)] (Ab00102-1.1, blue line), Human IgG1 Anti-Fluorescein [4-4-20 (enhanced)] (Ab00102-10.0, orange line), Human IgG1 Anti-hapten 4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenyl acetyl (NP) [B1-8] (Ab00104-10.17, gray line) and cAb2780-10.64 (yellow line) at a concentration of 2.5 ug/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 1000 to 0.45 ng/ml was performed using Ab00856 antibody.
