Recombinant monoclonal antibody to Marmoset IgG. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma 4H12.
Alternative Name(s) of Target: Marmoset immunoglobulin G
Immunogen: This antibody was raised by immunising mice with marmoset IgG, which was purified from serum, and screening hybridomas against IgG of different primate species.
Specificity: This antibody reacts with IgG of the common marmoset and squirrel monkey. It has minimal reactivity with IgG of other primate species, including rhesus, cynomolgus, pigtailed macaque, sabaeus monkey, vervet, mangabey, chimpanzee and baboon.
Application Notes: The specificity of this antibody for common marmoset and squirrel monkey IgG has been confirmed in ELISA analysis.
