Western Blot using anti-PDL2 antibody Z64P2D3*H4 (Ab00852) Human placenta (A) and human lung lysate samples (35µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the chimeric mouse IgG1 version of Z64P2D3*H4 (Ab00852-1.1) at 0.3 µg/ml before detection using an anti-mouse secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The predicted running size for PDL2 is 31.0 kDa. Ab00852-1.1 successfully detected PDL2 in human placenta and human lung lysates.
Immunofluorescence staining of fixed HeLa cells with anti-PDL2 antibody Z64P2D3*H4 (Ab00852) Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells permeabilized with 0.15% Triton and stained with the chimeric mouse IgG1 version of Z64P2D3*H4 (Ab00852-1.1) at 10 µg/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/ml), showing cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom Ab0852-1.1, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an anti-unknown specificity antibody (Ab178-1.1) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
