Immunogen: The original antibody was generated by immunizing rats against murine TLR3 extracellular domain.

Specificity: The original antibody is specific for mouse Toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) extracellular domain.

Application Notes: The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. This antibody was used for the detection of TLR3 by immunohistochemistry (McCartney et al., 2011; PMID: 21403398). This antibody was used for detection of TLR3 expressed on RAW274.7 cells by flow cytometry (Njoroge et al., 2018; PMID: 30587965).
