Immunogen: The original antibody was generated by immunizing one llama (Lama glama) six times with in total 0.9 mg of LdTyrRS. Four days after the final boost, blood was taken to isolate peripheral blood lymphocytes.

Specificity: This antibody is specific for Leishmania donovani tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase.

Application Notes: The specificity of this antibody's original format was confirmed by ELISA analysis.
