Immunogen: The original antibody was generated by immunizing female BALB/c mice with human VAP-1 protein mixed with Freund’s adjuvant.

Specificity: This antibody recognizes and binds human VAP-1.

Application Notes: This antibody is used as a capture antibody in combination with mAb 3F10 to detect vap-1 in a sandwich ELISA. This antibody can also be used for the immunohistochemical staining of human VAP-1 (WO2016194363).
