Recombinant monoclonal antibody to Tumor associated glycoprotein (TAG) 72. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the therapeutic antibody B72.3 (Satumomab).
Alternative Name(s) of Target: TAG-72
Immunogen: Tumour-associated glycoprotein 72 is a glycoprotein found on the surface of many cancer cells, including ovary, breast, colon, and pancreatic cells.
Specificity: Recognises human Tumor associated glycoprotein 72.
Application Notes: A In-111-labeled, murine version of this antibody was used in immunoscintigraphy to detect colorectal cancers in patients. In 16 % of patients, human-anti-mouse-responses developed.
Antibody first published in:

Note on publication:
Describes the use of this antibody in detection of colorectal cancers.
