Immunogen: The rat version of this antibody was raised by immuizing a rat with mouse CD2.

Specificity: This antibody is specific for mouse CD2. CD2 interacts with lymphocyte function-associated antigen CD58 and CD48/BCM1 to mediate adhesion between T-cells and other cell types. CD2 proteins can also be related to cancer.

Application Notes: This antibody can be used in both western blotting and flow cytometry.
