Recombinant monoclonal antibody to IgG. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma GT175.
Alternative Name(s) of Target: Goat/Sheep IgG; Immunoglobulin G; Immunoglobulin gamma; goat immunoglobulin; sheep immunogobulin; ovine immunoglobulin
Immunogen: This antibody was raised by immunizing mice against goat immunoglobulins.
Specificity: This antibody binds to goat immunoglobulin gamma.
Application Notes: GT175 can be used as a secondary antibody. It might be also utilized with techniques, such as immunohistochemistry.

Western Blot using anti-IgG antibody GT175 (Ab01020) Goat IgG sample (5µg of goat IgG per lane) was resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blot probed with the mouse IgG1 version of GT175 (Ab01020-1.1) at 0.0001 µg/ml before detection using an anti-mouse secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
ELISA of anti-goat and sheep IgG antibody on a goat polyclonal antibody and a sheep IgG version of the monoclonal antibody B1-8. Binding curves of the HRP-conjugated mouse IgG1 chimeric version of the anti-goat and sheep IgG antibody GT175 (Ab01020-1.1) to an ELISA plate coated with a polyclonal goat IgG antibody (purified anti-His Tag antibody Biorad Ab_1658087; blue line) and a sheep format of the antibody B1-8 (Ab00104-32.1; grey line) at a concentration of 2.5 µg/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 1000 ng/ml was tested in the experiment. Ab01020-1.1 bound to both antibodies.
