Immunogen: This antibody was raised by immunising BALB/c mice with Olig1 antigen.
Specificity: This antibody is specific for the olig1 antigen and doesn't show crossreactivity with olig2. Olig1 promotes formation and maturation of oligodendrocytes, especially within the brain.
Application Notes: This antibody has been used for immunohistochemistry on mice (Ikeda et al, 2016; PMID:27888476).
