Immunogen: This antibody was generated against the SAPAP2 antigen.
Specificity: This antibody is specific for SASAP2. SASAP2 may play a role in the molecular organization of synapsees and neuronal cell signaling. Could be an adapter protein linking ion channel to the subsynaptic cytoskeleton. May induce enrichment of PSD-95/SAP90 at the plasma membrane.
Application Notes: This antibody is recommended for detection and analysis of SAPAP2 by ELISA, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and western blot.
