Immunogen: The hybridoma of the original format was produced by the fusion of splenocytes from mice immunized with Unique synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal of the EDG6 (S1P4) protein and mouse myeloma cells.
Specificity: This antibody recognizes Sphingosine 1 Phosphate 4 Receptor.
Application Notes: This antibody is recommended for the detection and analysis of the Sphingosine 1 Phosphate 4 Receptor by western blot and flow cytometry.
