Immunogen: The original antibody was generated immunizing mice with full-length recombinant human acetylcholinesterase (rHuAChE).
Specificity: The antibody is specific for acetylcholinesterase.
Application Notes: The specificity of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis (Kd = 1 nM). The binding affinity of the antibody to AChE was measured by BLI (Kd= 0.32 nM) (Dafferner et al., 2017; PMID: 28892361).
