Immunogen: The original Fab version of this antibody was obtained by recombinant antibody phage display.
Specificity: This antibody recognizes Alpha-ketoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase alkB homolog 3 which is a dioxygenase that mediates demethylation of DNA and RNA containing 1-methyladenosine. It repairs alkylated DNA containing 1-methyladenosine (m1A) and 3-methylcytosine (m3C) by oxidative demethylation as well as can also act on RNA.
Application Notes: Strong binding of the antibody 32C8_71 to Alpha-ketoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase alkB homolog 3 was validated by ELISA and SPR. This clone is recommended for the detection and analysis of Alpha-ketoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase alkB homolog 3.
