Immunogen: A heavy chain library was generated from the peripheral blood lymphocytes of a camel. The particular antibody was selected after ELISA screening of clones against recombinant human CD70-Fc and CD47-Fc proteins.

Specificity: This antibody is capable of binding human CD70 and CD47.

Application Notes: The binding of this antibody to recombinant human CD47-Fc and CD70-Fc proteins was determined using ELISA (CN109293778).
