Immunogen: The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with soluble human Dll4-His protein.
Specificity: This antibody is specific for the DSL domain of Dll4.
Application Notes: This antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on spheroids and monolayers cells (US7906116). ELISA was performed with this antibody on Dll4 truncation mutants (US7906116). This antibody is able to block the Dll4-Notch1 interaction (US7906116).

Immunofluorescence staining of K562 cells with anti-DLL4 antibody 2-6 (Ab02658). Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed K562 cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of 2-6 (Ab02658-23.0) (1:100 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show, from left-right, top-bottom, Ab02658-23.0, DAPI, merged channels, and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (Ab00178-23.0) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
