Immunogen: The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with soluble human Dll4-His protein.
Specificity: This antibody is specific for the EGF-like 3 domain of Dll4.
Application Notes: U87MG and HT29 cells were immune-stained with this antibody (Zhou et al, 2015; pmid:26288060). This antibody is used for immunohistochemistry on U87MG and HT29 (Zhou et al, 2015; pmid:26288060). The 64Cu-chelator DOTA conjugated version of this antibody was used for the positron-emission tomography (PET) imaging of human glioblastoma and colorectal cancer xenografts (Zhou et al, 2015; pmid:26288060). This antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on spheroids and monolayers cells (US7906116). ELISA was performed with this antibody on Dll4 truncation mutants (US7906116). This antibody is able to block the Dll4-Notch1 interaction (US7906116).

A (64)Cu-labeled probe for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of tumor Dll4 expression was developed.
Immunofluorescence staining of K562 cells with anti-DLL4 antibody 61B (Ab02657). Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed K562 cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of 61B (Ab02657-23.0) (1:100 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution), showing membrane and cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show, from left-right, top-bottom, Ab02657-23.0, DAPI, merged channels, and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (Ab00178-23.0) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
