Immunogen: This antibody was obtained by immunization of mice with TC-83 virus and was humanized using combinatorial antibody libraries and phage display technology.

Specificity: This antibody binds to the tip of the E2 B domain, between residues Ser182 and Ile207.

Application Notes: This antibody has been shown to have protective effects in VEEV challenge and has been used in crystallization studies as well as ELISA.
