Immunogen: The original antibody was isolated from a synthetic human library using phage display technique. The clone was isolated by panning against C-terminal domain of the Nucleoprotein of Ebola virus.
Specificity: This antibody binds an epitope in the N-terminal helical hairpin of the C-terminal end of Nucleoprotein (NPCt) of Ebola virus strains Zaire, Tai Forest and Bundibugyo.
Application Notes: This antibody binds C-terminal end of Nucleoprotein (NPCt) of Ebola virus with a binding affinity of Kd= 0.7 nM (PMID: 31622515).
