Recombinant monoclonal antibody to F28C4. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma F30C7.
Immunogen: This antibody was raised by immunising mice with the synthetic peptide PBM 9-1.
Specificity: F30C7 is anti-idiotypic and binds to the antibody F28C4 (an anti-myelin basic protein acetyl 1-9 monoclonal antibody).
Application Notes: F30C7 is anti-idiotypic and binds to the antibody F28C4 (an anti-myelin basic protein acetyl 1-9 monoclonal antibody). The interaction sites between F30C7 and F28C4 were investigated using hydropathy profiling (Maier et al, 1994).
