Recombinant monoclonal antibody to IgM. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma B481.

Immunogen: The original mouse IgG2b version of this antibody was raised against human IgM.
Specificity: B481 is reported to recognise human IgM. Immunoglobulin M (IgM) is the largest antibody, and it is the first antibody to appear in the response to initial exposure to an antigen
Application Notes: This antibody is recmmended as a secondary antibody against human IgM primary antibodies.

Western Blot using Anti-IgM antibody B481 (Ab02047). Human spleen(A), tonsil(B) and serum(C) tissue lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of B481 (Ab02047-23.0) at 0.01µg/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
