Immunogen: The original antibody was raised by immunizing a BALB/c mouse with the PS1 CT3TT peptide.
Specificity: This antibody is specific for the large envelope protein of the Hepatitis B virus.
Application Notes: The structure of the original version of this antibody was determined using X-ray crystallography (Nair et al., 2002; PMID:11859128). This antibody was used for an ELISA on peptides from the hepatitis B surface proteins (Agarwal et al., 1996; PMID:8816380, Nayak et al., 1998; PMID:9759871).
