Immunogen: The original antibody was raised from a llama antibody library.

Specificity: This antibody is able to engage two different nucleoprotein domain.

Application Notes: The structure of this antibody was determined using x-ray crystallography. This antibody was used for a western blot on nluc-NP612 fusion proteins. Further an ELISA was performed on nluc-NP612 fusion proteins (Sherwood et al., 2019; PMID:31626803).

Note on publication: the original paper wished to determine whether an anti–Ebola virus sdAb, that was cross-reactive within the Ebolavirus genus, recognized a similar structural feature upstream of the ebolavirus NP C-terminus.
