Immunogen: The original antibody was generated using phage display technology by panning a combinatorial IgE library, derived from a donor who had previously been tested positive in skin prick testing to timothy extract, against timothy allergens.
Specificity: This antibody binds commom timothy allergens Phl p 6 and shows cross reativity towards phl p 5.
Application Notes: The binding specificity of this antibody towards common timothy allergen phl p 6 and phl p 5 was confirmed with ELISA (PMID: 17825890).
