Immunogen: The antibody was generated immunizing mice against purified equine sTnI.
Specificity: The antibody is specific to porcine sTnI and sTnC but negative to sTnT.
Application Notes: The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody detected porcine skeletal troponin complex by western blot analysis (Jiang et al., 2020).
